– OVW Senior Referee Chris “Package” Sharp holds a professional wrestling record. In 2011, he refereed over 500 wrestling matches, including events at Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), Ring Of Honor (ROH), A-1 Wrestling Association (A1WA), Awesome Wrestling Entertainment (AWE), 1 Pacific Wrestling (1PW), and Future Shock Wrestling (FSW) in England. No other referee on Earth holds this distinction.

– This Saturday, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky at the Vaughn Reno Starks Community Center, TNA Superstar Anarquia will be performing on the Ohio Valley Wrestling house show. Tickets are $5 and the doors open at 7:30.

– Tonight, at the OVW TV tapings on Shepherdsville Road, US Army Veteran Michael Hayes has been granted TV time to say goodbye to his fans, believers, and peers. Last Saturday, he lost a steel cage match to Mohamad Ali Vaez. The match had a stipulation that, if Hayes lost, he would retire. Tonight, he says goodbye. Also on the taping, Ted McNaler challenges OVW Heavyweight Champion Rudy Switchblade for the title.
