Ricardo jumps in the ring and grabs it, but Dolph kicks him in the head and the contract flies out of the ring. Alberto and Dolph look at each other and scramble for it, then they spill out of the other side of the ring and Sheamus makes his way out. Sheamus says they don't need to keep fighting, because they will have a triple threat match on Smackdown. He says they won't show off or talk about destiny, because he is going to go in and kick both of there asses.
Result: No Contest?
CM Punk is shown ending a phone call when AJ surprises him from behind and apologizes for his match not going the way he wanted it to be. She says she will dedicate the Divas battle royal to him tonight, then he says they should talk after that. AJ says she is not against things going to the next level, but they should talk after she wins.
Summertime Beach Battle Royal
All of the Divas are in the ring when Vickie comes out and says People Power is dead, and she is entering herself in this Battle Royal. Vickie takes her robe off and does a dance in her bathing suit, then all of the girls attack her at the bell. We get a few quick eliminations, with Kaitlyn, Aksana and Alicia going out, then Rosa and Tamina follow. Natalya holds Layla, but Layla ducks a clothesline and eliminates them both, then AJ throws Layla on the apron. Layla kicks Beth in the head but AJ knocks her off the apron, then Vickie shoves AJ and they fight until AJ kicks her out of the ring.
