(5) Devon vs. Sting

Sting can barely get in the ring before Devon attacks him. Sting doesn't go down easy though, firing back with big rights and elbows to the head. He lands a flapjack-type slam, which takes down Devon. The Icon whips him from corner to corner, but refereee Earl Hebner break up the attack in the ropes. Sting tries to clothesline Devon over the top rope, but he won't go over, so Sting just throws him out between the ropes as we head to our final commercial break.

Commercial Break

Devon is in control as we return for the break, taking the Icon down with blow after blow. Every time Sting manages to get back up, Devon takes him right back down. Diving headbutt, but Devon only gets two. He goes right into a side headlock, with the crowd urging Sting to get back up. Sting does gain some momentum back, breaking the hold and knocking Devon down, but he gets caught off the ropes with a big shoulder block. Devon heads up to the second rope, but misses the diving headbut, and Sting is back in the action. The Icon rallies with several right hands, and takes down Devon with a flying clothesline, followed by the Stinger Splash in the corner! Scorpion Deathdrop leads into the Scorpion Deathlock, and Devon looks like he's going to tap out… but the Aces & Eights flood the ring to force the DQ finish.

The Impact locker room comes out and a giant brawl commences. The Eights have the numbers advantage though, and are pikcing apart the roster. The rally back though, and send the Eights running as Bully makes his way to the ring with a baseball bat to end the show.
