Sandow tells him the correct answer and screams at the guy as he leaves the ring, then he says you're welcome and taunts the crowd. Santino Marella comes out and says he has a question for Sandow, then he tries to ask him about 'how many sea shells she sells at the shore' but flubs it up. Sandow says the most common sea shell is the bivalve, but Santino says it's the 'conk' and repeats it into the mic before trying to hit him. Sandow blocks it and knocks Santino on the mat, then he rolls outside as Santino gets angry and throws his shirt as we go to a break.

We join the match in progress and see Sandow whip Santino into the ropes, but Santino just continues to hit the ropes until Sandow drops him with a clothesline. Sandow knees him in the ribs and punches him in the back, then he taunts the crowd before hitting a side Russian legsweep and the Elbow of Disdain. Sandow gets a near fall and tells the ref to count faster, then he sets up a suplex but Santino counters with a rollup attempt. Santino comes back with some right hands and a hiptoss, then he goes for a Cobra strike but Sandow sees it coming and rolls outside. Santino chases him around the ring but Sandow kicks him in the back, then he counters a top rope move by Santino and hits the straightjacket neckbreaker for the win.

Dolph Ziggler is shown complaining to Vickie Guerrero about Big Show being selfish, and Vickie says she is losing faith but Dolph says she's wrong. Dolph says he is great and he wants a rematch, then he formally asks Vickie for a rematch against Cena at TLC so he can steal the show. Vickie agrees so Dolph thanks her, then he walks away and tells her someone is in her office, so she walks in to see Brad Maddox. She asks what he's doing there and says he doesn't belong there, but Maddox just says he's there to make sure no one forgets who he is.
