Booker T makes his way to the ring and call this week's Raw epic, but he says anything that Raw can do Smackdown can do better. Booker says Raw gave you Dolph Ziggler vs. John Cena, but he will give everyone United States Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. Randy Orton. Booker says RAW got to see The Rock return, so Smackdown will get him too. He also says tonight’s main event will see Alberto Del Rio will challenge Big Show for the World Heavyweight Championship in a Last Man Standing Match. Big Show comes out and yells at Booker, saying he is angry about the match because this is a personal vendetta against him.

Show says Booker has a problem with him as champion, and the fans will get behind Alberto because of the Latino population in Miami. Show says Alberto isn’t in his class and there are no heroes, Latino, Irish or Viper, that can stop him. Show says he wants to give the inferior people a hero, so he suggests Booker had better make a good decision and change his mind. Show grabs Booker by the neck, saying he will help change his mind, but Alberto runs to the ring, connecting with a rolling savate. Alberto follows with a dropkick and an enziguri, then he finishes by dropkicking Show out of the ring and heading backstage with Ricardo.

Antonio Cesaro vs Randy Orton

We get back from a commercial to see Orton fight out of a headlock, but Cesaro drops him with a right hand and follows with a gutwrench slam. Cesaro whips Orton into the corner but Orton surprises him with a quick rollup attempt, then Cesaro powerslams him and kicks him in the shoulder. Cesaro kicks him in the head but Orton comes back with a powerslam, then he kicks Cesaro and hits the ropes but Cesaro counters with a Very European uppercut. Orton ducks a clothesline and hits a backbreaker, then he rolls towards the apron and connects with a hanging DDT for two. Orton calls for a RKO and waits for Cesaro to stand, but The Shield runs in from behind and attacks Orton to cause the disqualification.

Winner (by disqualification) – Randy Orton
