According to PWTorch.com, this past Friday night's edition of WWE Smackdown drew a 1.71 rating, up from the 1.66 rating the show drew the previous week.

This week's show averaged 2.280 million viewers, however, down from the 2.32 million viewers the show took in the previous week.

Preliminary Extreme Rules Buy Rate Info

WWE's corporate website is reporting that preliminary buy rate estimates show this year's Extreme Rules PPV totaling 228,000 buys. Although this is a preliminary number, this figure is down from the 2012 Extreme Rules PPV buy rate, which took in 263,000 buys.

This year's show was headlined by Triple H vs Brock Lesnar in a Steel Cage Match, while last year's PPV was headlined by John Cena vs Brock Lesnar in an Extreme Rule Match.
