Curtis Axel vs Big E. Langston Canceled?, Former WWE Star Thinks WWE Should Write Axel Off Television

Hell in a CellThe match between Curtis Axel and Big E. Langston that was expected to take place during tonight's WWE Hell in a Cell Kickoff show may have been canceled. Axel was supposed to be defending his Intercontinental Championship against Langston during the PPV pre-show, but it has been pulled from the card on WWE.com. The page previewing the match has also been deleted.

There is no match currently being advertised for the Kickoff show. It now just reads, ""Find out who will be the next WWE Champion and watch John Cena's in-ring return when WWE Hell in a Cell airs live on pay-per-view tonight at 8 ET/5 PT, and don't forget to check out the Kickoff, which streams live at 7:30 ET/4:30 PT!"

Speaking of Curtis Axel, he is one of eight WWE superstars Konnan feels should be removed from television. When asked on Twitter which two talents should be written off WWE television, he listed the following: Curtis Axel, all three members of 3MB, Brad Maddox, JoJo, Rosa, and Aksana.

On the other hand, Konnan listed Dolph Ziggler and Antonio Cesaro as the two he feels are most underutilized.
