WWE Compares Randy Orton’s Title Win to Undisputed Championship, Billy Gunn Returning to the Ring, Opening for Thursday’s TNA Impact

WWE's Undisputed Champions

WWE has a new article up comparing Randy Orton's WWE World Heavyweight Championship with that of Undisputed Championship held by the likes of Hulk Hogan, Brock Lesnar and The Rock. The article confirms that WWE draws a line between the Undisputed title, which unified the WWF Championship with the WCW Heavyweight Championship, and the current incarnation won at Sunday's TLC pay-per-view. That being said, there have been mixed messages sent, with WWE even stating that the World Heavyweight Championship "has even more history … going back almost 100 years" in the promotional video package for the Cena-Orton TLC match. The article [LINK] covers the Undisputed Championship reigns of Chris Jericho, Hulk Hogan, The "American Badass" Undertaker, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Brock Lesnar.

WWE legend Billy Gunn will be returning to the ring this week, facing NXT Champion Bo Dallas at an NXT live in Tampa, FL. The match will take place the Tampa Arena on December 19th. NXT will also be at the Orlando Armory on December 20th in Orlando, FL.
