tna nyc tapingThe following are more backstage notes from this week's TNA NYC tapings, courtesy of PWInsider.com:

-Despite not appearing in front of the live crowd, Tommy Dreamer was backstage at the third set of Impact tapings last night working as an agent.

-Security was ramped up after the first set of tapings to help control the amount of people recording video footage of the tapings and leaking it online.

-Last night's tapings were the only of the three nights to be legitimately sold out. As we noted before, TNA was turning fans away at the door, and reportedly fillled the Manhattan Center with around 1,200 people.

-Backstage visiting at the tapings this week were Prince Nana, Steve Mack and the former Dirty Rotten Scoundrelz, KC Blade and the now retired EC Negro.

-Bully Ray kept his promise to House of Hardcore fans who attended last night's TNA tapings, and he did a meet and greet with them after each night of the tapings. Ray did the same thing at last week's Impact tapings in Bethlehem, PA.

-Mistress Belmont from NECW and other New England independent groups received a tryout yesterday prior to the taping.
