Backstage Pass Update, Wrestle-1 Star Wants to Work with TNA, Why Robbie E Can’t Appear on Impact Before BFG

Wrestle-1 Star Wants to Work with TNA

robbie eSLAM! Wrestling has published a new interview with Wrestle-1 star Yasufumi Nakanoue, who appeared at TNA’s Lockdown PPV this year, and he had the following to say regarding working with TNA again:

“I don’t know the specifics, but the relationship with TNA will be ongoing and it’s ultimately the W-1 office’s decision on whether or not I’ll be working there. Personally, I would love to.”

Why Robbie E Can’t Appear on Impact Before BFG

TNA star Robbie E., who we previously noted shot the upcoming season of The Amazing Race with his girlfriend and TNA Knockout Brooke Tessmacher, recently spoke to NJ.com regarding the show.

During the interview, Robbie noted that although the show doesn’t begin airing on CBS until September 26th, he is not allowed to appear on Impact Wrestling due to the contract he signed to be on The Amazing Race. This means Robbie will likely be missing the last two episodes of Impact before Bound for Glory.

Backstage Pass Update

Following its absence after Raw this week, Backstage Pass will return and air after Raw next week. This week’s show was replaced by a special “Video Vault” highlighting the rivalry between John Cena and Brock Lesnar.
