Del Rio vs. Guerrero?
As we have previously reported, former WWE Champion Alberto del Rio made his debut for Lucha Underground at last week’s set of television tapings. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the current reigning AAA World Heavyweight Champion was attacked by El Texano Jr. (the former champion) and Chavo Guerrero. He was able to fend off the assault, and even put Guerrero in the cross arm breaker, hinting at a possible program between the two former WWE stars.
Del Rio’s debut will likely air on the February 11th episode of Lucha Underground on El Rey.
