– In regards to both upcoming roles in Spectre and Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Batista said he can’t say much about Spectre because it’s “top secret international spy stuff.” As far as playing Drax the Destroyer again in Marvel’s Guardians sequel, Batista said he’s been kept in the dark about some of the details, but he doesn’t mind.

– Batista was asked what he thought about The Rock‘s Furious 7 beating Guardians of the Galaxy‘s box office record, and if he thought Guardians 2 could beat it. Batista said he did think the film would, adding that the first ‘Guardians’ was new to people last year, but fans are familiar with it and that would help the sequel do that much better.

– When asked about a possible return to WWE, Batista commented on Chris Jericho working a live event only schedule, and said he’d be open to that kind of schedule. He said the [WWE] TV scripts get you too locked in, and they aren’t that great these days; he just wants to entertain the fans and would look into a non-televised role.
