WWE Smackdown Results (5/14) – Sheamus vs Ambrose, Rollins vs Ryback, Kane vs Reigns!

Lana and Rusev enter the ring and Rusev screams at the fans to shut up, then Lana apologizes for doing the Fandango dance. She reads an apology letter and asks for forgiveness, then Rusev says John Cena will lose on Sunday. He says Cena lacks focus, and he plays a looped video of Cena saying ‘I Quit’ in a promo.

Seth Rollins (w/ J&J Security) vs Ryback

Bray Wyatt runs out and tackles Ryback during his entrance, and the ref checks on Ryback as Bray laughs into a commercial break. We get back to see Ryback is continuing the match, and Rollins throws him outside after kicking him a few times. Ryback beats the ten count in but Rollins hits a DDT for two, then he hits a neckbreaker before Ryback slams him in the corner. He catches Rollins off the turnbuckles and hits a powerslam, then he prevents Mercury from interfering and Rollins kicks him in the head. Rollins knees him in the head, then he superkicks him and taunts him, and superkicks him again and makes the cover.

Winner – Seth Rollins

Naomi tells Renee Young that she is tired of being overlooked, and she has been here for years and has nothing to show. She says Tamina and herself are just doing what they should, and the other Divas are in their way. Naomi says Nikki Bella is a joke and Brie is a quitter like her husband, then she says she’s a good girl being bad to get things done.

BP: I like heel Naomi; she is talented and finally gets to show it off. Her eye injury last year was a bummer, but now she is getting a chance to run with it. Tamina is in a good role too, and the family relationship is an easy sell.
