WWE RAW Results (9/7) – Rollins Confronts Sting, Will Dean Ambrose And Roman Reigns Find An Ally Against The Wyatts?

Seth Rollins vs Ryback

Before they are able to lock up, Rollins jumps out of the ring and jaws with the crowd. Ryback uses his sizable strength advantage to toss Rollins around the ring. Ryback locks in an arm bar, but Rollins gets to the ropes. Rollins sucker punches Ryback and lands multiple elbows to the back of Ryback’s head. Rollins hits the ropes and runs right into a Thez press. Ryback holds Rollins up in a vertical suplex for what seems like ages. Quick pin attempt by Ryback, but again Rollins kicks out.

Rollins dives to the outside onto Ryback but Ryback catches him. Ryback tries to drive Rollins head first into the post, but Rollins pushes Ryback head first into the post. Rollins follows that up by tossing Ryback knees first into the ring steps. Rollins hits his springboard-flying knee to Ryback’s face. Ryback kicks out right before the three count. Rollins goes for the pedigree, but Ryback counters. Ryback powerbombs Rollins. Ryback goes up top. Rollins rolls out of the way before Ryback can splash him. Ryback hits the mat hard.

Rollins tosses Ryback to the outside and hits multiple suicide dives in the hopes of causing Ryback to get counted out. Ryback runs in and spine busters Rollins. Sting appears on the ‘Tron and distracts Rollins. Ryback rolls Rollins up for the win.

Winner- Ryback

After the match, Sting puts a Sting mask on Rollins’ statue. Rollins is livid.

After the commercial break, Rollins is wondering around backstage. He runs into the New Day who proceeds to tell him not to fret, because New Day rocks! Rollins turns around and Edge and Christian are standing there. Edge reminds Rollins that the last time they met Rollins threatened to break his neck. Edge tells Rollins to try that again. Rollins begs off. Woods and Christian get into a trombone vs Kazoo battle before the Dudley Boys interrupt them. D-Von tells the New day that next week the New Day will face the PTP. The winners of that match will defend the tag titles at Night of Champions against The Dudleys.
