Jerry Lawler Talks Big Changes for WWE Smackdown in 2016, Teases the Show Might Go Live, Jokes About the Word “Wrestling”

smackdown_coverage.jpgWWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler recently spoke with The Sound Magazine’s Scott Yager at the recent New York City Comic Con, and during the brief interview Lawler teased some big changes for WWE Smackdown when the show goes live next year. Lawler had the following to say:

“There’s going to be a lot of stuff going on on SmackDown, they’re getting ready to make that a really… because it’s coming back on USA. There’s a very good possibility in the near future that SmackDown may be live.”

Lawler also joked that he would get into more trouble nowadays for saying “wrestling” on the air than “puppies.”
