Last night was Ring of Honor’s 14th Anniversary show, and ROH officials were reportedly very happy with the event, which was completely sold out.

As noted, Michael Elgin signed a deal with NJPW and it is expected that more ROH talents will do the same. ROH can still use Elgin when he is not on the NJPW tours, and ROH is hoping that this can also strengthen its relationship with NJPW.

This could be the same for other ROH talents that sign to NJPW, which means that ROH does not have to pay them full-time, exclusive contracted salaries. After losing Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles and more to the WWE, NJPW is looking to lock up more talent.

In other news, Brian Kendrick appeared on commentary for the PPV last night and will be working the TV tapings today. Also, Traci Brooks was visiting at the PPV last night. Brooks is a former TNA Knockout.
