CM Punk

MMAFighting.com’s Ariel Helwani is reporting tentative plans have CM Punk’s debut UFC fight against Mickey Gall taking place at UFC 203.

Helwani noted earlier today that sources told him as of this morning, the fight is not a done deal yet, but would move in the direction of being on the UFC 203 card. Earlier this month, it was reported the fight might take place at UFC 202, which would coincide with the release of a UFC produced documentary about Gall.

If the match took place at UFC 203, Punk versus Gall would be added to a card that already features a UFC Heavyweight Championship match between champion Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem as the main event. UFC 203 takes place on September 10th, 2016 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
