Former WWE and ECW star Rob Van Dam recently did a Q&A with RAW events UK, and The Buzzards Wrestling Podcast posted highlights of the Q&A on their show. Below are some notable comments from RVD.

RVD is asked about his in-ring career being over, to which Van Dam said “It’s likely, but I have no plans of that.”

RVD then talks about a possible WWE Hall of Fame induction, and says although it’s possible, he’s not sure how likely it is. RVD said the decision is not up to him, and he’s not sure if an induction is in Triple H’s “vision.” He added he doesn’t think Triple H ever saw him as a guy to push forward, and he feels his achievements in WWE were in spite of Triple H and those in WWE who think like Triple H.

On a possible WWE return, RVD did reveal that WWE contacted him last year for a return to participate in the angle featuring The Dudley Boyz vs The Wyatt Family. As seen, the roles offered to RVD eventually went to Tommy Dreamer and Rhyno, and RVD says WWE did not offer him the kind of money it would take to return. RVD added that was the last time he has spoken to WWE.
