The Miz, Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan In-Ring Segment:
For the last few weeks Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler and the entire WWE Universe has been calling him a coward. You can call him a coward all you want because he walked out of Backlash with his wife by his side. Miz has held the Intercontinental Championship longer than Pat Patterson, Triple H, and Dolph Ziggler. He’s made it more prestigious than it ever was. Dolph Ziggler comes out to interrupt Miz. Ziggler says that it’s a funny thing that Miz is holding the title belt while trying to act like he is the champion. The WWE Universe will never see Miz as a top guy because they see through him. Miz says that he’s the main event in every shows he’s on. If Miz lived his career based on the fans, put him six feet under, just like Ziggler’s career. Ziggler says that he’s on a slump and is at a crossroad in his career. Ziggler admit’s that Miz is killing it right now, but Miz will always have an asterisk attached to his name.
Does Miz really want to earn some respect? Ziggler wants one more match. No gimmicks, no valets, no girlfriends, no wives, no Maryse, no stunt doubles. just Ziggler and Miz. Maryse gets on the mic and wants to make sure he’s hearing Ziggler’s straight. The Philadelphia crowd is booing her out of the building. Miz tells the crowd to be quiet when his wife is talking. Daniel Bryan comes down to the ring. Bryan couldn’t keep his mouth shut while Maryse was talking. Maryse cheated and she is the only reason Miz is still the champion. Bryan announces that Ziggler will have a rematch. Miz says that Ziggler doesn’t deserve a rematch.. Miz says he wants his title renegotiated and Bryan will not get what he wants until Miz gets what he wants. The title will not be defended until he gets what he wants. Miz is calling his own shots there is nothing that Bryan can do about it. Miz leaves the ring with Maryse when Bryan enters the ring.
