Backstage Interview: Michael Cole and Seth Rollins
Rollins tells Cole that he is cleared to compete. Cole tries to asks Rollins about the match where Kevin Owens defeated him for the Universal title. Rollins cuts off Cole and says Owens didn’t defeat him, Triple H did. Cole notes that some people compare Owens rise to fame with Rollins’ rise. Rollins says they have both had a ton of success, but that is where the comparison stops. Rollins says there is no way Owens could ever replace him. Owens is just a cog in the machine. Rollins is going to tear the machine to the ground. Cole asks Rollins what he is going to do if he gets his rematch when he has to contend with Owens, Jericho, and others. Rollins says it doesn’t matter- he is going to cancel the Kevin Owens show.
