Arquette Wraps Filming On Apalachin

Former WCW World Champion David Arquette has wrapped filming on the mob-based indie film Apalachin; but, there won’t be much rest for the Hollywood star.

Arquette will participate in tonight’s Northeast Wrestling event in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Arquette will team with former WWE Superstar “Hurricane” Shane Helms to take on the duo of “King” Brian Anthony and “Lord” Anthony Battle.

The Poughkeepsie Journal caught up with Arquette,

“I love wrestling and there’s nothing wrong with that. There are tons of people in Hollywood who really love wrestling — writers, comedic writers. It bends the lines of reality. That’s what wrestling is at its core.”

His newfound rival, “King” Brian Anthony had the following to say,

“What’s so cool about it for me is that it’s not just somebody getting into it for the notoriety. He doesn’t need to do this. He’s doing it because he wants to do it.”

Readers interested in attending tonight’s Northeast Wrestling show may purchase tickets at the door (Hudson Valley Community Center, 110 S. Grand Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY) or online HERE.
