WWE Announces MVP Is Out Indefinitely Due To ‘Injury’ He Suffered On 9/13 WWE RAW

WWE has announced that MVP is out indefinitely due to an “injury” he suffered this past week on WWE RAW.

The company broke the news on Thursday night with a brief statement on Twitter:

Due to an RKO from @RandyOrton this past Monday night on #WWERAW, @The305MVP suffered a broken rib and is out indefinitely

As noted in the tweet, Orton dropped MVP with an RKO during his WWE Championship match with Bobby Lashley. The statement doesn’t specify whether the “injury” will prevent MVP from appearing on WWE programming, but it’s fair to assume that he’ll maintain his regular presence on the show as Lashley’s manager.

MVP has been regularly alongside Lashkey at WWE live events, and he has also been fairly active on RAW.

WrestleZone will provide more details as they become available.
