Report & Video: Was Evan Bourne Slated to Win the ECW Title?

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that prior to his move to the Raw brand, Evan Bourne was scheduled to win the ECW Title. The following is a commercial which was shot with Bourne holding the ECW Title and was to be used to promote ECW and Sci-Fi changing its name to SyFy.
