Official WWE RAW Preview (5/28/07): Headed To The Extreme

Things are likely to get extreme on Raw as the flagship sails into Toronto, its final destination before One Night Stand.

Last week, ECW World Champion Mr. McMahon deviously tried to use his powers to stop Bobby Lashley from getting another rematch for the gold. However, Lashley successfully completed McMahonâs four-man gauntlet, earning the right to face the ECW World Champion in a Street Fight at One Night Stand. On the final Raw before the extreme spectacular, will the Chairman and his faithful associates have something up their sleeve for the hard-hitting challenger?

Also last week, The Great Khali complained of being screwed at Judgment Day, confirming that his foot was under the rope as he tapped out to John Cenaâs STFU. Through an interpreter, Khali made another challenge to The Champ, who accepted a Falls Count Anywhere Match for the gold at One Night Stand. However, when attempting to get a leg up on the giant, Cena fell victim to the massive Khali for the fourth time in four weeks. Can Cena rebound and once again find a way to subdue his giant adversary?

Cade & Murdoch also continued down a new path last week. With The Hardys under attack by The World’s Greatest Tag Team, Kenny Dykstra & Johnny Nitro, Cade & Murdoch rushed to the ring to help the World Tag Team Champions just one night after they challenged them for the gold. Once again, the Southerners shook hands with the champions, taking another step down the path of sportsmanship. Have Cade & Murdoch aligned themselves on the “good side” once and for all?
