Truth kicks Punk in the back of the legs then drags him to the apron and slams his knee on it and taunts the fans. He goes back in the ring and Punk surprises him with a backslide pin attempt, but Truth goes right back to working on the knee by applying a single leg crab. Punk makes it to his feet and he kicks Truth, but Truth punches him and bodyslams him then goes up to the top turnbuckle but Punk meets him with a right hand. Punk sets up for a superplex and after a delay he connects with it then holds his knee as the referee starts the ten count.
Truth gets up first but Punk meets him with some kicks to the leg and a high knee, then follows it with a bulldog and a springboard clothesline. Punk calls for the GTS and gets him on his shoulders, but Truth slides out and drops Punk with a suplex facebuster for a near two count. Punk avoids a scissors kick then gets tripped up by Miz, and Punk dropkicks him through the ropes and the ref throws Miz out of the ringside area. Truth tries surprising Punk from behind but Punk counters and drops him with the GTS to win the match.
Winner – CM Punk
HHH immediately makes his way out to the ring and Punk tells him he doesn't believe any of the stuff with Nash, but HHH says he doesn't care what he believes. HHH tells him since Punk wants so much change that he is going to get it, and he changed their match again because it's not about business anymore. He says Punk ran his mouth too much and now they will have a no disqualification match, where anything goes and he is going to hurt Punk, and he might even fire him too. Punk says he will agree to the stipulation if HHH agrees to one he has, and says when Punk wins he wants HHH to resign as COO, and HHH tells him it's done then leaves the ring.
