KYPost.com is reporting that the trial has begun for Andre Davis, the former WWE developmental talent who failed to disclose he is HIV positive to multiple sex partners.

29 year old Davis is facing 15 counts of felonious assault for having sex with 12 women between 2009 and 2011, and failing to tell them that he was HIV positive. If convicted of all charges, Davis could face up to 120 years in prison.

WWE offered Davis a contract while he was in developmental, but later pulled the offer when he tested positive for HIV during his physical. You can read more by clicking on the above link.
