Xavier Woods vs. Bull Dempsey

CJ Parker is walking through the crowd with his "every day is Earth Day" sign. Bull backs Woods into the corner and…bullies him (sorry) until the referee breaks it up. He goes into a side headlock – Woods escapes, but gets destroyed with a headbutt. And another headbutt. And a few more headbutts. Back into the side headlock, as the fans start clapping for Xavier to get into the match, but Dempsey just slams him down on the mat to squash his momentum. Woods finally hits an enzuigiri, but springboards off the ropes and gets caught with a headbutt. Bull motions for him to get up, then smashes him in the corner. Sit-down side slam for the win.

Winner: Bull Dempsey

-Bull gets on the mic and says NXT is letting the children run the program; a program that used to be run by men. He calls himself the last of a dying breed, and we've all witnessed the start of a new generation.

KILLAM: He's actually a surprisingly good promo, but everything about him looks, feels generic. The big men in Ring of Honor – Hanson and Rowe – have more "star quality" about them. Some of that can be changed by getting rid of that ridiculously cliched singlet, but some of it is just in his build, which isn't quite big enough to be taken seriously as a "monster heel".
