Ohio Valley Wrestling New Owner
We previously reported the story of longtime OVW owner Danny Davis announcing he was selling his company to someone new, and the announcement would be made at the next television tapings.
Their was some speculation that this could lead to an angle in the company; Davis announced at the latest tapings that long time announcer Dean Hill was the new majority owner. He says he got a ‘7 figure offer from a lady’ but he wanted to leave his company in good hands and someone who has been there.
New TNA Authority Figure
As seen on last night’s episode, Dixie Carter made her return to Impact Wrestling television in a babyface roll. She told new TNA World Heavyweight Champion Ethan Carter III, her storyline nephew, that “the reign of Carter” is over, and a new authority figure will be in charge.
