How Foley Would Introduce NXT Divas to the Main Roster

renee youngMick Foley was the recent guest on Chael Sonnen’s “You’re Welcome!” podcast, and during the interview Foley said he thinks NXT Divas Charlotte, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bayley are ready for WWE’s main roster.

But Foley quickly added that he thinks it would be unwise for WWE to bring the in one at a time, as they might get lost in the “system” instead of changing it. Foley thinks the 4 should debut as a group, and he added the following:

“I’m afraid if they come over one at a time they’ll get absorbed into the system instead of changing it. If they come over as four and do the ring thing, and I can’t stress how important this is to me. If I was a politician this would be my one issue I would talk constantly about.”

During a recent appearance on the Talk is Jericho podcast, WWE announcer Renee Young, real name Renee Paquette, revealed she did not want WWE to change her name when she came into the company, but she said she ended up accepting the change.

Young went on to say that WWE initially wanted to name her Renee Sterling, but she didn’t like the name so she offered a few options of her own. WWE eventually settled on Young, after the classic rocker Neil Young.
