Attended the Buffalo NY live event-
Good crowd no one on third level though
Match 1- Tyler Breeze vs AJ Styles
AJ styles won in a great match. Never seen him live till now; what a fantastic performer he is. Breeze was solid too, getting some solid nuclear heat as the match went on.
Match 2- 2 on 1 handicap – the Ascension vs Mark Henry
Henry wins in a fast match. Never liked the Ascension. Crowd wasn’t into it as much.
Match 3- 6 man tag
Stardust, Slater, Rose vs Fandango, Sandow, and Darren Young
Odd pairing. Funny moment came when Stardust told everyone to stop chanting ‘Cody’ (so everyone chanted louder). Faces won in a solid bout
Match 4-Zach Ryder vs Luke Harper
Decent match. Harper wins with the discus clothesline.
Match 5-Triple threat tag title match- Usos vs New Day vs Dudleyz
D ‘Von said we were all losers from Buffalo which basically was Canada to him. He then melted from the flamethrower heat he got so Bubba had to finish the match solo (we in buffalo don’t like being mixed with those north of us)
Anyways new day retained in a great match.
Intermission
Match 6-Natalya vs Charlotte
Charlotte won with a dirty pin in a surprisingly solid match
Match 7- Chris Jericho vs Jack Swagger
Jericho comes out and puts down Buffalo and Buffalonians so he is hit with hellfire and brimstone. He’s such a great heel though you have to love him.
Anyways great match, Jericho won with a code breaker. Afterwards he beat up swagger some more so AJ Styles ran out and introduced his fist to Jerichos face.
Main event- Sheamus/Barrett vs Ambrose and Reigns
Insane pop for Ambrose and a good one for Reigns. Faces won after Reigns speared Sheamus.
Overall, excellent show. Not a single awful match.
