What Does The Arrest Of Adam Rose Mean For His WWE Future?

adam-rose-copy-2-3.jpgThis first segment of Chair Shot Reality filmed at Squirrel Hill sports bar is Justin LaBar and pro wrestler Ronnell Hunt talking about the arrest of Adam Rose and what it means for his WWE future. Here’s some highlights of the conversation:

Justin LaBar:

You can’t be surprised if they [WWE] do cut him lose. What’s an interesting topic to me is while he’s absolutely responsible for his actions, if WWE cuts him does that make it worse when he’s apparently in a dark time where he could use help and support?

Nobody condones domestic violence. He made a mistake and has to deal with the consequences. It’s the fact of being a public figure which you have to deal with, but I do feel for him that in the most vulnerable, personal time of struggle for he and his wife that court proceedings and video is on TMZ. We’ve all made mistakes, we haven’t all done domestic violence, but everyone has made mistakes we don’t want highlighted. I think WWE is going to be left with no choice—second wellness violation, this happening, he’s not been a big part of the roster for the company. I think this is the beginning of the end.

Ronnell Hunt:

Well mind you, this is’t the first time for this. Maybe this is the most public one, but you know in your contract even outside of wrestling that you have a certain standard to uphold for whatever company you’re representing. I feel like WWE has no other choice or if they didn’t do anything, and I don’t want to say this, but I don’t think they would ever want to just slap this on the wrist and later things go further. It’s not going to happen, but they don’t want to take a chance like we’ve seen with particular other wrestlers and things escalate.
