Television personality and former Wrestlemania competitor Maria Menounos recently spoke with People Magazine and revealed that she had been dealing with a benign brain tumor.
Menounos said that she underwent surgery on June 9th in order to remove the tumor. The doctors have told her that there is a 6-7% chance that the tumor will return.
On top of that, while Menounos is dealing with this medical issue her mother is dealing with stage IV brain cancer.
Menounos has since announced that she is stepping away from her job with E! News to deal with her medical issues.
