A trio of former WWE stars appear unfazed by their internet cancellations.
Last Saturday, Canadian rapper Tom MacDonald dropped a new music video, titled Can’t Cancel All Of Us, on YouTube, now with over two million views. In the music world, MacDonald is known for implementing right-wing ideas into his lyrics.
Can’t Cancel All Of Us sees MacDonald singing in front of a big American flag inscribed with the name of the respective song. Meanwhile, a number of public figures made cameos in the video, many of which featured their middle fingers or similar American flags. For wrestling fans, familiar faces come in the form of Lacey Evans, Enzo Amore and Scotty 2 Hotty, all of whom previously worked under the WWE banner.
Evans left WWE in the summer of 2023 after requesting her release. She initially signed the company in 2016, with notable appearances in NXT and the Mae Young Classic before ascending to WWE’s main roster. In the music video, Evans appears with her finger pointing in the air and a flag in the background.
Amore’s WWE tenure spanned from 2012 until 2018 when the company let him go due to his failure to inform them of a sexual assault investigation launched against him. Police later dropped the investigation, citing insufficient evidence. Can’t Cancel All Of Us sees Amore standing in a ring, flashing his middle finger.
WWE fans may best remember Scotty 2 Hotty for his run alongside Brian Christopher (together known as Too Cool) and Rikishi. Currently, Scotty works as a producer and coach for All Elite Wrestling. Like Amore, Scotty can be seen standing in a ring and mouthing lyrics in the aforementioned music video.
