Bret Hart gives his take on who he believes is the best wrestler in the world today.
WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart recently spoke with Complex Sports. When asked who the best wrestler in the world is today, Hart said as much as he loves Rey Mysterio and Roman Reigns, CM Punk is the best wrestler in the world today.
“Oh, there’s a lot of really good wrestlers,” Bret Hart said. “I mean, I’m forever a Rey Mysterio fan. I love watching Rey even now today, especially as he gets older. But I’m also a big fan of Roman Reigns. I think if I had to answer the question, I’d say CM Punk.”
Hart concluded by saying he was fairly confident that Punk would defeat Gunther at SummerSlam. Regardless of how you feel about his take, he called that one correctly.
