Christian Cage and Adam “Edge” Copeland are on track to make personal history.
While they may be iconic Canadians and tag team partners, Christian Cage and Adam “Edge” Copeland have rarely worked together on Canada-based wrestling pay-per-views. The last time fans saw them in such a setting extends all the way back to December 1998, when Copeland and Christian, then rising stars, partnered with Gangrel to defeat The J.O.B. Squad (Al Snow, Bob Holly and Scorpio) at WWE Rock Bottom: In Your House in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
27 years later, Copeland and Christian are returning to Canada for a match at AEW All Out. The event, emanating from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, will mark the first time the pair wrestle on Canadian pay-per-view in a traditional two-on-two tag match. Their opponents? Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood, also known as FTR.
AEW All Out will be the first time ever that Adam Copeland and Christian Cage are in a Tag Team Match in Canada on pay-per-view.

The closest they’ve gotten was a Six Man Tag at Rock Bottom: In Your House in 1998.
Absolutely insane to think that has never happened before ? pic.twitter.com/iRk4Kgc7Q9
The on-again, off-again tag partners recently reunited ahead of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door out of “necessity” as they each required help to squash beef with other AEW roster members. In Christian’s case, he experienced a betrayal at the hands of Nick Wayne, Kip Sabian, and Killswitch. Copeland later helped him bounce back with a tag victory over Killswitch and Sabian at Forbidden Door. Now, Christian looks to aid Copeland with his “FTR problem” at All Out.
So far, Copeland and Christian vs FTR is one of two matches confirmed for the September 20 pay-per-view, with Jon Moxley vs Darby Allin being the other.
