Benny the Dealer laid the verbal smackdown on a man who stole $60,000 worth of jewelry from his store.
New York City-based jeweler Benny the Dealer, who specializes in creating custom, high-end jewelry for celebrities, recently revealed that someone had stolen a $60,000 worth chain from his store. He shared surveillance footage showing the thief’s face and offered a $5000 reward to whoever helped find the person.
He went on to deliver a profanity-filled pro-wrestling-style promo on the jewel thief, demanding that he return the chain and apologize.
“Motherfu**er, attention to you piece of sh*t. You really think you’re gonna get away? This is the biggest mistake of your fuc*ing life. Either you fuc*ing send the fuc*ing chain back tomorrow with one of your fuc*ing people, or you come say you made a fuc*ing mistake…
“If I have to come out from my pocket $100,000 or $200,000, it’s not about the fuc*ing money, you piece of sh*t, it’s about the principle, and it’s about what’s right and what’s wrong,” Benny the Dealer said.
Benny the Dealer also promised not to press charges if the person comes forward and does the right thing by returning the chain.
Benny The Dealer Is A Man Of His Word
It appears that Benny the Dealer’s threat was effective, as he later revealed that the individual who stole the chain contacted him and promised to return it. He claims the thief said it was a “misunderstanding,” but offered to bring the chain back.
Benny the Dealer was then seen speaking to the person, saying that he’ll be a man of his word and not press charges.
“As a man I am, and I said it in my video, if you bring back my chain, I’m not gonna press any charges on you. I’m not gonna do that just because we all deserve a chance, I’m not God over here. I’m gonna put a mercy on you.” Benny the Dealer then shook hands with the person and said, “I hope this be a f*cking lesson for you in your life.”
