After TNA‘s Leon Slater failed to defeat Oba Femi for the NXT Championship, more WWE NXT stars will have an opportunity at TNA gold.
During tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, both ZaRuca and WrenQCC approached Ava’s office as both teams were hoping that one of them would be granted a future title shot at NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne. Ava had other ideas, however.
As the teams entered the room to argue with Fatal Influence, Ava would inform them that they weren’t there to discuss the NXT Women’s Championship. Instead, the NXT roster will have an opportunity to compete for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles.
So next week, ZaRuca, WrenQCC, and Fatal Influence will compete in a triple threat tag match to determine the number one contenders for the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles.
Those titles are currently being held by The IInspiration. WWE fans will recognize them as The IIconics.
