Rhea Ripley’s WWE gear was modeled after a popular Netflix series character.
WWE Superstar Rhea Ripley competed in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match on Saturday, aiming for a WrestleMania main event spot. Her momentum was halted when Raquel Rodriguez slammed her on the apron, securing the elimination. Rodriguez herself was later eliminated by Liv Morgan, who went on to win the match.
Ripley’s Royal Rumble gear quickly grabbed fan attention. The design, created by Wicked Lester Clothing, was inspired by Vecna from Stranger Things, according to the brand. Fans also compared the look to Edward Scissorhands and a Cenobyte from Hellraiser, noting Ripley’s long-standing love of pop culture references in her WWE gear for major events.
“More than just a black catsuit ?
“The beauty lies in the details. With an abundance of space to work with, I really went to town on this #wickedlesterclothing outfit for @rhearipley_wwe
“We opted for two separate pieces consisting of trosuers and a bodysuit. I blended it all together with lots of texture, layers of fabric, metal, and rhinestones. To me, it’s an abstract, fashion-forward look. For those who say it’s just a boring black catsuit, I’d encourage them to look a little deeper ?
“If you got the opportunity to make a full length look for Rhea, what would you make? Lmk!”
