Mercedes Moné called out a YouTube creator for sharing an image that tells a false narrative about her.
Moné replied to a post on Twitter/X that highlighted a fake image from a video on the Ring Rivals YouTube channel. The video, titled “Sasha Banks Finally Reveals Why She Left WWE,” featured a vulgar image and a caption that told a blatantly false story about her.
Moné encouraged everyone who saw her post to report the channel, which features dozens of similar videos and images.
“I’m honestly disgusted by this. The level of disrespect, exploitation, and straight-up false narrative being pushed here is beyond unacceptable,” wrote on Twitter/X. “No one should have to deal with content like this being made about them. I need everyone who sees this to please flag and report this channel immediately. This kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated or given a platform.”
The channel removed the original image of Moné, but it has repurposed the caption for another video. The channel is also still live at this time.
Mercedes Moné has been absent from AEW programming since losing the TBS Championship to Willow Nightingale on AEW Dynamite on December 31, 2025. Since then, she explained her absence was related to focusing on her health. Moné shared that she recently had stem cell therapy done in Mexico.
