Willie Mack has called out Tony Khan over his lack of booking in AEW.
Despite being signed to the company, Willie Mack didn’t get regularly featured on All Elite Wrestling or its sister promotion, Ring of Honor. His last appearance in AEW was in March 2025, and his last ROH match took place in December 2025.
Now, Mack has taken to X/Twitter to share that he’s about to become “a homeless superhero,” because Tony Khan doesn’t think he’s worth the money. He noted that despite multiple follow-ups over the past two years, the company officials had nothing for him, ironically stating that he is not getting the opportunity to compete in AEW, where they claim “the best wrestle.”
“When ya boy is about to become a homeless superhero because the booker doesn’t think he’s worth the money. #WhereTheBestWrestle”
“It’s like for 2 years straight I’d call every week and ask if you got anything for me? You signed right? You still getting paid right? I want to Wrestle,” the AEW star posted.
A fan claimed Willie Mack only had a per-appearance deal with AEW, not a regular contract. However, the wrestler clarified that that’s not the case. Mack also debunked rumors that claimed he’s no longer with the company.
Despite not getting to compete regularly in AEW or ROH, Willie Mack is busy on the independent scene and mostly competes for Juggalo Championship Wrestling, where he is the reigning JCW World Tag Team Champion with 2 Tuff Tony.
Update: Mack stated that claims he turned down a contract are “wrong.”
