This WWE producer pulled off a huge moment in Times Square.
Steve Corino got married to his childhood sweetheart amid the hustle and bustle of Times Square.
The news came via Ryan Katz, who made the announcement on Facebook. Katz, a producer on WWE NXT, officiated the wedding.
Katz noted that not only was the wedding a surprise, but it also began with a surprise engagement.
“One of the greatest joys in life is getting to experience love, and then share in the experience of love. Last night, I officiated my third wedding, but this one was special because it was a surprise. What?! Yes, not only was the wedding a surprise, but it started with a surprise engagement. Under the bright lights of Times Square, @kingcorino married his childhood sweetheart and found his lifelong queen. It was an honor to be a part of the experience, and I wish the happy couple the best in eternal love.”
For those unaware, Steve Corino had a long stint in pro wrestling, competing in Extreme Championship Wrestling, Major League Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and other prominent independent promotions before joining WWE as a coach and backstage producer in the late 2010s. His son, Colby Corino, is a former NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion.
