Former WWE Star ‘Fully Cleared’ After Revealing Painful Injury-Filled Run

Former WWE star Ridge Holland, whose real name is Luke Menzies, revealed that he is now fully cleared following a difficult period of injuries and surgeries.

Last month, Menzies posted a medical update confirming that he had been medically cleared for in-ring competition. The update also noted that his recovery progress had been strong. Now, Menzies has spoken more about the injuries and setbacks he dealt with during that period.

Ridge Holland shares timeline of injuries, surgeries and career setbacks

Ridge Holland shared a timeline on X, formerly Twitter, showing several injuries, surgeries, and career setbacks from 2018 to 2026, while revealing that he is now fully cleared. The image included major injuries, returns to NXT, multiple surgeries, and ended with him being “Fully Cleared” on April 6, 2026.

Along with the image, Holland wrote, “No Fucks left to give. No pain left to feel. No Validation needed. EVERYTHING TO COLLECT. #collect #Menzies #BionicYorkshireman”

His departure gained attention after he publicly criticized WWE over how an injury situation was handled. After leaving WWE, he appeared in TNA. During a match against Moose, he suffered a serious Lisfranc foot injury.

Doctors also later discovered issues with his neck. That eventually led to neck fusion surgery, keeping him out of action for several months. Now fully cleared, Menzies is eligible to return to wrestling competition. His next move in wrestling has not yet been confirmed.
