What does the future hold for The Vision and Bron Breakker following WWE Night of Champions?
Breakker took on Seth Rollins inside a steel cage at Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The match turned into a brutal affair. Breakker ended up on the Muta Scale after a spot left him busted wide open.
Despite the laceration, Breakker fought through Rollins’ offense until an avalanche Curb Stomp sealed the victory for The Architect. During his post-match promo, Rollins described his win at Night of Champions as a “real relief.”
Rollins may have put the rivalry behind him, but where does that leave The Vision and Bron Breakker? According to WrestleVotes Radio, via Fightful Select, WWE is divided over the faction’s future.
“One source indicated that some within WWE believe the group could continue, but only if it’s reimagined, and that includes membership changes. Another side of that is some feel The Vision has run its course, and it’s time to ‘let the pieces fall where they may.'”
Bron Breakker Will Stick With Paul Heyman Regardless of Changes
The report further noted that Paul Heyman will continue serving as Breakker’s mouthpiece, regardless of the direction WWE ultimately chooses for The Vision.
“Regardless of how things turn out, we’ve learned that Paul Heyman is positioned to remain paired with Bron Breakker. Those within WWE view the pairing as an important piece of Breakker’s overall presentation.”
Heyman was also seen walking out on Austin Theory during this past Monday’s RAW. Whether that was simply a heat-of-the-moment decision or the beginning of a new direction for the former United States Champion remains to be seen.
