During the final phase of the match, Angelo Dawkins was about to hit Theory with brass knuckles. That’s when Maxxine Dupri suddenly entered the ring and hit Dawkins with a low blow. Theory quickly took advantage and pinned Dawkins to win the WWE World Tag Team Championships alongside Breakker.
After the match, Dupri jumped into Theory’s arms, and the two shared a kiss outside the ring. The moment officially confirmed that Dupri had joined The Vision after weeks of subtle backstage hints.
Kam Hendrix responds to Maxxine Dupri’s kiss with Austin Theory
The kiss quickly became one of the biggest topics on social media. Many fans brought up Dupri’s real-life marriage.
Dupri, whose real name is Sydney Zmrzel, married fellow wrestler Anthony Luke, better known as Kam Hendrix, on December 31, 2025. The couple had been together for nearly seven years before getting married.
As it turns out, Hendrix wasn’t bothered by the kiss. Instead, he had some fun with the situation and reminded everyone that WWE storylines are just storylines. After seeing fans constantly tagging him online, he posted a playful message on social media:
“Damn didn’t realize how many ppl were jealous of Kam Hendrix! Feels kinda good actually ??”
His response will possibly end any further discussion about the on-screen kiss causing problems in their real-life relationship. It also reminded fans that what happens on WWE TV is part of the show, even when it involves married wrestlers.
