USA Today’s For The Win recently commented on The Rock’s big Wrestlemania 32 announcement with a list of “Five Things The Rock Should Do At Wrestlemania 32”.
The Rock hasn’t actually said what he will be doing at the event, but FTW weighed in on the best options for him whether it is in a match, or another role. You can read two of the options below; click here for the full list:
THE ROCK HAS A REMATCH WITH BROCK LESNAR
Brock Lesnar beat The Rock at SummerSlam in 2002, breaking The Rock’s record by becoming the youngest WWE World Heavyweight Champion at the age of 25. It’s rumored that WWE planned to have the two men meet at WrestleMania XXX, but The Rock suffered injures facing John Cena and stepped away from wrestling. The Rock said in March that he would “love” a rematch with Lesnar, and the matchup would certainly sell WWE Network subscriptions.
THE ROCK SERVES AS A GUEST REFEREE IN A ROMAN REIGNS MATCH
This is a more likely outcome. Reigns is The Rock’s cousin, and The Rock has already shown up to WWE events to support the current World Heavyweight Champion. With Seth Rollins out of the picture, Reigns very well could still be the champion by WrestleMania, where The Rock could help ensure the title stays in the family with a People’s Elbow or two.
Hulk Hogan
Hulk Hogan posted the following comments on social media, praising current WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio:
