At AEW Double or Nothing, Dustin Rhodes proved that age is not a factor as he had the best match of his career against his brother Cody Rhodes. It was a brutal battle but an absolute in-ring epic. While Dustin Rhodes probably feels the desire to be a frequent in-ring performer, he’ll likely find age catching up to him eventually, if not immediately.
We do believe that he should have a run as a wrestler for as long as he possibly can, but he would also do well if he were an on-screen authority figure to add to it. It would make for a very interesting dynamic for the programming if he were both a talent and an authority figure. It could lead to some interesting storylines as well.
