#1.) Gives NXT huge exposure
NXT is getting the biggest push in its 7+ year history as there’s an actual crossover with the main roster. Since this rarely happens, it means that the larger audience gets to know more about NXT and its superstars. If Rollins were to join team NXT and actually appear on the yellow brand for a couple of episodes, it would be a big ratings boost for them and generate a whole lot of buzz.
NXT needs a big boost right now in the face of head-to-head competition with AEW and this could be one way to do it!
