DanielsChristopher Daniels and Kazarian def. Devon and Garret Bischoff

What I Liked:

I was happy to see the tag titles defended because it feels like it has been so long. They have certainly taken a backseat thanks to the storyline with AJ Styles and Claire.  The match was alright, with Devon coming close to picking up a victory for his team. I love seeing Devon hit the spinebuster. I also thought Daniels really excellent at basically carrying the offensive flow of the match, never letting it hit a dull point.

What I Disliked:

I still do not get why Devon and Garret are boys. What is the point of having these two, with absolutely nothing in common. Garret has some talent in him, but he is so bland and generic. There is no essence to his character, no draw to him. Nobody was going to buy the fact that they were going to win. Also, why did the champs have to cheat to win? Makes no sense to me that they have to be booked cowardly.

Grade: C+

-Robbie E and Robbie T make fun of Jeff Hardy and hypes their match at Hardcore Justice. Hardy comes out, but ends up getting Powerbombed through a table thanks to Robbie T. I liked the fact they are giving more realistic time to E, not necessarily making him irrelavant like The Pope is in this BFG series.

Kurt Angle def. AJ Styles

What I Liked:

This was an absolutely brilliant match from beginning to end. There is never a bad match from either of these guys, and they work so flawlessly together. Angle carries the technical part of the match with his focus on the ground game, while Styles keeps the pace going with athleticism and timing. I loved the pacing of this match, fast and to the point. They were given plenty of time to work, and you could tell the fans were into it. Styles' Pele Kick connected perfectly on Angle. We had a Styles Clash, two Angle Slams, and an Ankle Lock. This was a Pay Per View caliber match with an ending that deserved a standing ovation. This may have been one of the best matches I have seen on Impact all year. The ability and the hard work throughout the match made it a joy to watch. Well done from both men. Also, at an extended age, Kurt Angle deserves so much credit for attempting a Moonsault, and missing. That looked fantastic.
