The Undertaker defeated CM Punk

Talk about the build to this match all you want, but it was the most consistent and entertaining one on the card. CM Punk and Undertaker both fought for different reasons. Punk wanted to end the streak, while Taker wanted revenge for the disrespect of Paul Bearer. What we got was a hard hitting, intelligent, and match of the night between two completely differing styles of wrestlers. Punk worked over the deadman more than I thought he was going to. He controlled much of the offense in the early going. It is the little things with him and Heyman, such as the emotions of their faces and their instincts at the right time. We saw GTS, Anaconda Vice, Last Ride, Chokeslam, Flying Elbow Drop, and a few Tombstone Piledrivers. Both men put it all on the line and it paid off. This was an excellent match where neither had to carry the other one. They both held up their own and both were able to drastically change the entire night. Before this, we had no real moment. After this, we saw a classic match that was told in about 30 minutes total. Well done from both performers and I cannot wait to rewatch it. It may not have surpassed the past four Wrestlemania matches from The Undertaker, but it certainly was a great bout that should not be overlooked.
