RybackThe Undercard Part Two

Bray Wyatt defeated Kofi Kingston in a match with little build. I have said this multiple times and will stick by it: Bray Wyatt will be a huge success. With a unique character, his pedigree, and his willingness to learn Wyatt will be one of the most intriguing and creepy characters with a bright future. I really liked this match because it shows you Wyatt can hang with a monster in Kane and a speedy and athletic wrestler like Kingston. Bray was able to showcase his character. The best part of the match was when he stalked Kofi in the ring by walking contorted like a spider. Those are some of the small things that you KNOW he is thinking and coming up with by himself. Wyatt wins with Sister Abigail and cuts a short promo about talking them out one by one. This will spur the return of Kane while giving Bray more opportunities to prove his worth against mid card to main event talent.

CM Punk defeated Ryback. This was the biggest mistake of the night. There is absolutely no way that Punk should have won this match. He does not need to beat Ryback right now in the middle of his storyline with Paul Heyman. If anything, WWE needs Punk to hit rock bottom by Heyman and company before he gets the last laugh. I was shocked to see this match happen and end the way it did. Punk got more offense in that I was expecting. Ryback opened his arsenal a little bit by adding simplistic moves like a legdrop and a few body slams. He does not need to be the massive muscle with only a few moves like we have seen him. If they believe in Ryback than they should let him try some new moves. Doing it with Punk is the best way because Punk knows how to cover up mistakes without making them look embarrassingly bad. The end came when Punk hit a low blow and pinned Ryback. Wow. That is what they came up with? I understand a dirty win, but Punk is a face. Heels get dirty wins. Logic is completely out of whack here.
